§ 4-532. General provisions.

The provisions of this article are intended to set forth certain exceptions and provisions applicable only to licensees whose establishments are located within the area identified in the Crabapple District, Deerfield District, and Birmingham Crossroads District (as hereinafter defined) holding licenses to sell alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises. Except as specifically set forth in this article, all such licenses remain subject to all other provisions of this chapter.
