§ 48-764. Required.

Latest version.

Every person wishing to use public property or public roads in the city for an event is required to obtain a permit from the city for the privilege of engaging in the event within the city, unless such permit is prohibited under state law or the event is otherwise protected from this requirement by federal or state law.
