§ 20-637. Additional reporting requirements.

Applicants/owners/operators shall provide the community development director with a copy of any monitoring results submitted to EPD regarding the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES). Reports shall be in a format as prescribed by EPD. A copy of the notice of intent which has been sent to EPD in compliance with the permit requirements must be presented to the community development director prior to the issuance of any land-disturbance permit.
